The room was so clean and cozy, and we had an amazing view of the river from the 18th floor! I loved how there were fun activities for everyone, from the arcade to the pool tables. Plus, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable with their welcoming smiles!

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff? Pleasant, mostly. Big Horn Cafe serves exceptional food at fair prices. Enjoyed the casino's variety, but the experience was marred by issues. The TV didn't work-maintenance provided a replacement but failed to note my concerns. No fridge in the room, and curtains needed attention. Limited ice accessibility and vacuuming was overlooked. TV service was outdated with channels malfunctioning. The wait for the cafe was often frustrating. Worst of all, our car was stolen from the self-parking garage, and the front desk response was lacking. There's potential here, but significant improvements are necessary.

This hotel is superbly situated right on the beautiful Colorado River, allowing easy access to the scenic riverwalk, where you can stroll leisurely and enjoy the cool breeze, and is conveniently located just a stone's throw away from numerous nearby casinos, making it ideal for weekend explorers like myself who love soaking in the local atmosphere; the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and breathtaking views, and the pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained, situated away from the hustle of the casino, but the check-in experience could use some improvement as we had to wait a bit for staff to assist us.

I couldn't believe how neglected the place felt. The room was full of stains, dusty furniture, and even a broken sink drain. It clearly hadn't been maintained for ages, making our stay super uncomfortable and frustrating. What a letdown!

So, my recent stay at River Lodge had its ups and downs. Let's start with the positives, the room was clean, which is always a big plus for me. The housekeeping staff was quick to bring me extra blankets when I asked, and I really appreciated that. The 24-hour general store was super handy, especially for late-night snacks. Another pleasant surprise was the cheap alcoholic beverages at the casino bars, can't complain about that! On the flip side, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The bed was really uncomfortable, with a lumpy mattress that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The water in the shower never got hot, and adjusting the temperature was a challenge. The room was quite dated, and the TV reception wasn't the best. And let's not forget the tiny bags of ice they provided instead of a functional ice machine, not ideal, especially in warm weather.

The convenience store at check-in was a lifesaver for last-minute needs. the lack of Wi-Fi and poor TV reception were disappointing. The staff was friendly, making my stay at River Lodge enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep despite it being a double instead of a queen size. The gambling experience was enjoyable, with the keno machines being a particular favorite. The level we stayed on was quiet, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The little gift basket provided was a nice touch after a long day of traveling and attending a concert. The location was convenient, with the water taxi launch right at the hotel and easy access to other nearby casinos. The parking garage was convenient, and the complimentary snacks at Dottys were a nice treat. The staff, including manager Steve, were friendly and helpful, adding to our pleasant experience.

The receptionist at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming, which made for an uncomfortable check-in experience. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the outdated box TV was a bit amusing to see.

the room at river lodge was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had a stunning river view from the 18th floor. the location at the end of the strip provided the best of both worlds - easy access to the party atmosphere and a peaceful stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even bringing an extra pillow at midnight. the hotel buffet offered affordable, high-quality food and the café had great drink discounts during happy hour.
